InstaBooth is a web-based photobooth based in Quezon City. Pose, pick a layout, and walk away (or get emailed) a print-style photostrip in seconds — no roll of film, no waiting in line.

By using InstaBooth, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The Service

InstaBooth lets you capture, customize, and receive photos using layouts we provide. You're responsible for making sure everyone in your photos is okay with being photographed and with the photo being processed by our service.

2. Accounts

An account is only required for Pro/Premium templates (Basic templates are free, no account needed). You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Give us an email you actually own — that's where we'll send things like your photos.

3. Credits & Payments

• New accounts get 2 free Premium shots. This is a one-time promo per person — we use signals like your IP and device to discourage creating multiple accounts just to re-farm free shots, and may withhold or revoke the free allowance where we reasonably suspect abuse.
• Additional Pro/Premium use is paid for with credits, purchased in fixed top-up amounts through our payment processor.
• Credits are generally non-refundable once spent on a template, except where required by law or at our discretion.
• Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change at any time.

4. Your Photos

You own the photos you take. We don't use them for advertising or marketing without asking you first, and we don't keep a stored copy once your session is done — your photo is removed from our servers right after it's emailed to you (downloading saves straight from your own device, it never needs to touch our servers at all). If email delivery fails or you don't retrieve it, any leftover copy is automatically deleted shortly after. Once that happens, we have no way to recover or re-send it — keep your download/email safe.

5. Third-Party Features

Some layouts may display song info pulled from a third-party music catalog service, shown for cosmetic purposes only — InstaBooth is not affiliated with or endorsed by that service. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor under their own terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages, lost photos due to technical issues, or downtime. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the free-credit system, attempt fraud, or violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use InstaBooth after a change means you accept the new terms.

What we collect

• Your email address, and a securely hashed password if you create an account (we never store your actual password).
• The photos you take during your session — held only long enough to deliver them to you, then deleted (see "How long we keep it" below).
• Your IP address and a device "fingerprint" (basic browser/screen details) — used only to limit abuse of the free-Premium-shots promo, not to track you across the web.
• Payment records (amount, status, reference) for top-ups. Your card/e-wallet details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store them.

How we use it

• To run your session and deliver your photos (e.g. by email).
• To manage your account, credits, and free-shot allowance.
• To detect and limit fraud/abuse of free credits.
• To process payments and keep accurate transaction records.

Who we share it with

We share song search queries with a third-party music catalog service (no personal info beyond the search text) and payment details with a third-party payment processor to process top-ups. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Photos: not stored. Your photo is deleted from our server as soon as it's emailed to you, and any copy left over from a failed or abandoned session is automatically purged shortly after — we have no way to retrieve it once that happens. Downloading saves directly from your device and never involves our servers at all.

Everything else (account, credit, and payment records): for as long as your account is active, or as needed for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons after that.

We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your account and data. For obvious reasons, we don't publish the specifics of our security measures here.
